What you see depends on what you're looking for.

This is - in my eyes - true inspiration. Nothing inspires me more than running off with my precious camera, out to these beautiful fields close to my house, to clear my thoughts. I love this place. I always manage to find myself in a special mood while wandering around here. A mood I really can't put my finger on. Something like content, calm, peaceful - I guess? A mix, maybe? I've been playing around here for as long as I can remember. Winter time and summer time, rain or sun - this has always been a gathering place. I had my first photoshoot here and my boyfriend and I had our first dates here. As you may understand - this place means a lot.

New Job

I was at a job interview yesterday and they hired me right away! I'm now working at a coffee bar and training to be a barista. How cool isn't that? Well, it's hard, but I'm learning and I can't wait to go to job again tomorrow.

I'm so gonna learn to make coffee as pretty as this!

Don't we just love blazers?

There's nothing like having a nice blazer in your closet, which can be used at any occasion. You can look ordinary/everyday with a cool pair of jeans, Converse and a scarf hanging loose around your neck. You can look summer-/festival-ish with a blazer, a pair of stone washed/ripped-up denim shorts, gladiator sandals, Ray-Ban sunglasses and a hat. You can look stylish and elegant with a blazer together with skinny dark or black jeans, high heels, clutch and a top, or you could look very classy with a blazer along with a cocktail dress, high heels and the right jewelry. Go for a long, oversized blazer and fold the arms up a bit.

Personally I'm most fond of simple, black blazers. It goes along with anything.

At this very moment I'm at the airport, waiting for our gate to open. I love to fly, so I'm one of those people - in front of the line tripping inpatient to get in. Waiting is a weird thing.. I stumbled over a quote about waiting;

“Waiting is a trap. There will always be reasons to wait. The truth is, there are

only two things in life, reasons and results, and reasons simply don't count.”

The quote made me think. Sometimes I don't mind waiting - like now, waiting for something I'm looking forward to is actually okey, but most of the times I can't stand it.

Once again, another outfit post. This is what I wore for dinner yesterday evening. Today is my last day here at Kos, Greece - so I'm just enjoying the last hours at this beautiful place.

Tomorrow it's back to Norway, daddy and my baby; my dog Paisley. Hope the sun shines for all my readers out there too, where ever in the world you guys are :). I'm looking forward to get home now.

Harem Pants

When I was in Málaga in April, my friend, Synnøve, and I bought ourselves an awesome pair of harem pants. I've seen a lot of versions of harem pants, but I can't say I've seen any as cool as this.

My version of the harem pantes have a bit "hippie"-feeling over it, but I think that is just makes it even cooler. Sorry to say, but I think the harem pants in some norwegian stores looks more like some kind of diaper.

Brutally honest there, but I mean, hey, we all have our own opinions. No hurt feelings, ey?

There is just something about this dress that makes me feel like I did when I was a little girl - walking around in my favorite dress spinning around real fast so the dress would swing up. Like my own little Marilyn Monroe moment. Love the feeling of being a girl in her favorite dress.
