Fall/Winter must haves.

Slim, black leather pants, in a combination with an oversized blazer is going to be a sure hit this fall. From Stella McCartney, fall/winter 09/10.

Show some skin with black, transparent party dresses like this one from Sophia Kokosalaki.

Make an outfit complete with studded boots, like these - also from Sophia Kokosalaki.

Use loose pants and decorate it with a thin belt. Light powder colors are more than welcome in the coming dark season. This is from Chloé.

Mix thin and thick materials like suede leather and wool with thin silk. Chloé, fall/winter 09/10.

Give your outfit a rough look with a couple of boots with big buckles. From Balmain.

Put shoulder pads in everything from your leather jacket, blazer to a simple sweather, to get the Balmain look. (Love the spangled pants too!)

Look for and invest in black dresses in transparent material, which shows a bit of skin. And some though ankle boots will be a must too. Alexander Wang, fall/winter 09/10.

Do like Louis Vuitton and combine a rough, black jacket with zipper with a puffed miniskirt. (And check out those boots!)

Other than this, the rouch, rocked style will still be a hit. Black and purple is good combination will stick for at least one more season along animal patterns and fur.

Yes, man.

My little sister, little brother and my dog just came and woke me up. My sister had bought the movie Yes, man, yesterday and I promised them I would watch it with 'em, before going to work. Love spending time with them, they are the best. I'm really excited about the movie, I've heard so much about it, and I find Jim Carry really awesome.

Btw, H&M Fall collection has so much lovely clothes, that I could not stop reading the magazine last night. Though how much I love summer, I'm really exited about shopping from the fall collection. I'll write a little post about some of my favorite items from the collection after work.

You got mail.

I just came home from work and was trying to think of a way to relax before going to bed. I found the answer at the kitchen table. I have received the H&M Fall Catalog. YES.

I'm so off to look through the catalog and dream myself into a world of fashion.

I'm closing the door to my room behind me, jump in my PJ and crawl up in my bed under my blanket, enjoying the silence. Do not disturb ;)

When the summer seems more like autumn..

What ever happened to the summer, it is not even around the corner. The weather man didn't bring good news today either. For the first time, summer feels more like autumn. It rains a lot, and the sun is nowhere to be seen. I guess my mama was right when she said this today, and I quote; "This is the summer here in north". We are never assured a great summer with lots of sun here where I live. The norwegian summer may bring us a lot of sun and great weather, but also rain and cold weather. This summer started out great and the heat was almost record high, but suddenly the summer faded out and now we are provided with more rain than sun. I can't say I'm very happy about this - and I seriously consider running away from it. I feel the sun calling from me, far away - south of Norway. South of the chilly weather in north.

Is this how the norwegian summer has turned out to be? Gladly it is still looking green outside - not orange like in these photos, my boyfriend shot last fall. In the last picture I am sitting with my bf's dog, Marte :)

I know where every girl want to be November 14th..

..In a line in front of their closest H&M store, ready to storm the building to get their hands on one of the items from the Jimmy Choo collection, which will be in stores that exact day. If not every girl, at least any girl who have a thing for fashion. This is kind of old news, but I mean hey, it's good news!

It's the first time H&M cooperates with an accessories brand, instead of a clothing designer. Still you don't have to worry that the collection only will contain accessories. Jimmy Choo is expanding their repertory with a clothing collection that matches the accessories for woman. The Jimmy Choo for H&M collection will contain shoes (!), purses and other accessories for men.
