in love with a ring.

Not just any ring. It's a Yves Saint Laurent ring and I got it here the other day. It's a belated christmas present from a dear friend of mine. It made me speechless for a short while (I'm rarely speechless), 'cause I have no idea for how long I've had a craving for this very ring. Isn't it amazing?

This morning the sun is shining, the sky is clear blue and I'm going back to work today after a longer period with flu. It's going to be a bit hard, all in all, I've been laying at the couch doing nothing for a whole week.

I fell in love with these tights/stockings. I think I will wear some nice tights myself today - since the sun is shining and I'm longing for spring.

I'm still sick and I don't find any energy to do anything. Yesterday I managed to go to a concert I've been really excited about seeing. The concert was great, but I was exhausted ten minutes before the concert had even started. Might have something to do with me being high on painkillers and couch mixture. being sick doesn't have to be the end of the world.

What a lovely tuesday. I felt an urge to do something creative today.
I found an empty frame, some fashion magazines and cut out whatever inspired me.
I'm very happy about the result - in which I will share with you later, of course.
I'm planning to make a few more of these, similar to the one I'm making in the video.
I just need more frames first. Ikea here I come - when I get better that is.

mocca cream, mojitos & the girls.

Yesterday we celebrated Katinka's 20th birthday. We had a lot of fun! Eat salmon burgers for dinner, had ice cream with mocca cream and mojitos for dessert - lovely! Here are some pictures from our lovely evening.

Looking back, 2010 made me realized what a great season fall really is. The lovely weather and the gorgeous colors makes fall a season ideal for photography. Here's a video I made in the middle of October, and I thought this would be a good time posting it - while waiting for spring, sun and warm weather.
