LA in black and white.

ph. by me.

"Snowbirds on the golf course wear Bermuda shorts and Polo shirts.
Some play pretty good, some play so bad it hurts.
We pick up their golf balls that fly over the fence,
We shine 'em up a little bit and sell 'em back for fifty cents."
- Mary Gauthier.

No one describes America as real as Mary Gauthier does. Listening to her songs while looking at these pictures I shot in L.A, makes me realize how lucky I am. It makes me want to make a difference. Like Mary Gauthier, her music had affected me like no other and she's made me to face sides of America we tend to pretend not exist.

Back to school now - love!
xx,
RP.
