They Call Me The Wild Rose

Yesterday evenings outfit. Love this dress - the pattern (roses), the fit and the simple colors. I've managed to gain a nice tan now, and I intend to keep it this way for a long time.

At the moment I'm spending time in the bar with my family, after a tennis match with my brother. Tennis is an awesome game, but I'm not that good - yet. My goal is to beat my brother, he rocks. Myself - I'm not that good, but I'm getting there, just wait. My serves are already very improved and I never miss - almost never, hehe.

Yesterdays outfit was my newest buy - a golden jumpsuit. I adore it, and it looked awesome along with my wedges with golden studs. The weather is stunning and my tan line gets stronger and my skin looks darker for every day at the beach. Though I just figured out I flake in the back of my neck. Well, well - así es la vida. (That's life)

I'm a victim.

Safely arrived home, after some amazing days at the Hove festival - unfortunately I brought winter vomiting disease with me. Part from that I'm super excited about The Killers' concert! It ROCKED and I managed to get all the way in front at one point, I was so excited! I sang my heart out, I knew all the lyrics and they played their best songs, so I couldn't be more happy. I had a lot of amazing days and I have already - a week into the holidays - managed to get a tan line! Well - mostly I'm kind of sunburned, but you know - eventually, it will turn into sun kissed tan. Tomorrow I'm off to Greece, so we'll se how the blogging will turn out - but I'll do my best to keep you all updated.

Festival

I'm leaving for a festival today and I'll be gone a whole week, which means no blogging until I get back. I'm so excited, I believe this will be an awesome week! The highlight of the festival is - in my opinion - definitely The Killers. OMG. I'm a victim, so this will be funfunfun.

I'm in love with a spangled jacket.

Okey. I just can't help it. My addiction for clothes and accessories is taken to a whole new level. It has come to a point where I just don't want it - I need it. And now I need this jacket, I really do. I'm having it in black - it's awesome.

You all know the famous Balmain shoes. They look like this and I adore 'em.

Other shoe brands are trying their best to copy them and make a look-a-like shoe, and they have been appearing everywhere lately. You probably heard Zara made their version of them? Well, they look like this:

I like them, but they look far from as good as the originals (not that I'm surprised), but yesterday when I was out shopping, I found these at the DNA shoe store, and I was shocked to see such a good copy. I think they look better than the Zara version, don't you think?

I mean HELLO, they look awesome. I'm so having these.

This song gets me in a special kind og mood - I guess you may call it summer mood. The Zutons version - you can listen to it here - is ten times better than Amy Whinehouse's - even though her version is pretty cool too. I suggest to listen to this song if you need to get in the summer mood manually - I mean, where did the summer go?

I'm trying to teach myself how to play it on guitar - it's a great jamming song for late summer nights around a bonfire with friends and my guitar. Hmm.. <3

Today I went to this lovely cocoa bar with some friends and I fell in love with this place. I ordered cocoa with cookies - HELLO - with cookies! Yum. It was delicious cream topping, with Orios on top. Mm. My two other friends Synnøve and Linni ordered cocoa with marshmallows and cocoa with banana spit. What I'm trying to say, they have all the types of cocoa you can think of! It was not only the cocoa that made me love this place, but also the place it self. Synnøve was the one to introduce me to this wonderful place, and I'm definitely going back. A truly inspiring place.

Yesterday I bought myself a really cool, white sweather with blue stripes. It looks really cool with shorts or skinny jeans! I believe stripes will one of this summers must haves, it is already everywhere.

Happy Birthday To ME.

Oh, my God - I just turned 18! Just a day older than yesterday, but a whole year older than last year. Now I can finally vote, I'm able to buy alcohol (which I obviously won't, hehe), I can drive a car by my selv (with a license, of course) and I'm considered as an adult according to the norwegian laws. Feels good. Still I feel just exactly like I felt yesterday. Isn't it weird? Anyways, I'm happy. Happy birthday to me :)
